As an interim executive director at 10 different Bay Area nonprofits, I know that effective and custom-designed strategic planning is a must.  I brought Mike in four times at different organizations to lead strategic planning.  And although Mike literally wrote THE book on nonprofit strategic planning, each time we used an approach tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of the organization—and they were ALL effective.

Mike brings an extraordinary depth of nonprofit management and consulting experience, combined with deep intellect and a wonderful sense of humor. I always felt as though Mike 100% bought into the cause and was a true partner in problem solving adding insights and advice WAY beyond the normal consultant’s skill set.  Mike couldn’t be a more effective value-added resource who just happens to be a great guy.

Currently Chuck is the Executive Director at The Cedars in Marin County, CA
