Stategic Planning for NonProfit Organizations Front Cover

Strategic business planning for nonprofits – this can be quite elegant and elaborate and it can also be quite simple.  Sometimes I call my work “helping people get their act together.”  Often I work alone but I also assemble teams when the project calls for it.  Mostly I just like working with great people doing great work.  One more thing: its  important to keep a sense of humor about it all and enjoy the ride, otherwise what’s the point?!
